Refund policies depend on the type of booking you’ve made, and it’s important to understand how they work before you finalize your reservation.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Some hotel bookings are classified as non-refundable, which means:
❌ No cancellations, changes, or refunds are allowed—for any reason, including unexpected travel plan changes.
💰 These bookings are specially priced at a lower rate because they are locked in, with no flexibility.
⚠️ If there’s any chance your travel plans might change, we strongly recommend booking a refundable option instead.
Refundable and Partially Refundable Bookings
If your booking is not labeled as non-refundable, it will follow a refund schedule set by the hotel and our travel supply partners. These rules cannot be changed as they are set by the property. Here’s how it usually works:
✅ Fully Refundable Period – Most refundable bookings can be canceled for a full refund until a few days before check-in. The exact cut-off date will be shown when booking and in your confirmation email.
🔄 Partial Refund Period – As your check-in date approaches, the refund policy may change to partial refunds (e.g., a penalty fee applies or only part of the total amount is refundable).
❌ Non-Refundable Close to Check-in – Once it’s very close to your check-in date (or on the day of arrival), your booking becomes fully non-refundable and cannot be changed or canceled for any reason.
Where to Find Your Refund Policy
📝 Your refundability details will always be available:
- On the booking page before you finalize your reservation.
- In your confirmation email after you book.
- In your account dashboard if you log into your booking history.
