If your situation doesn’t fit neatly into one of the predefined refund categories, you can still submit a Refund Application Form, and our refund team will carefully review your case. However, please keep in mind that refunds are only considered for emergency situations, and changes in personal plans do not qualify.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Secure Hotel Approval
- You must obtain written confirmation from the hotel approving a free-of-charge cancellation or authorizing a refund.
- This confirmation must be on the hotel’s official letterhead and should include:
- Full names of all guests on the booking.
- Check-in and check-out dates.
- Signature of an authorized hotel staff member (such as a manager) who can approve cancellations.
2️⃣ Provide Booking Details
- Fill out the refund request form with all required fields, including your booking confirmation number (B_xxxxxxxx).
3️⃣ Attach Confirmation Documents
- Upload the hotel’s written confirmation or other relevant documents as scanned PDFs in the form.
- We do NOT accept photos of documents due to verification requirements.
- We may accept official emails from the hotel or clear screenshots, but this may take longer to verify.
What Qualifies as ‘Official’ Documentation?
✅ The document must include:
- Hotel’s name, official logo, or stamp.
- Contact information of the person authorizing the cancellation (such as a manager’s signature).
